CBN DESIGN THINKING TRAINING PROGRAMM SESSION

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Design Thinking Training, facilitated by Lexington Technologies, took place at the CBN International Training Institute in Abuja from March 22-31, 2022. The program, delivered through hands-on and activity-based sessions, introduced participants to the principles of design thinking, creative problem-solving, and innovative idea generation.Participants engaged in practical exercises, including the marshmallow challenge, to enhance collaboration and critical thinking skills. The training emphasized applying design thinking to workplace challenges and personal growth. While logistical issues, such as participant list discrepancies, were noted, the program successfully equipped attendees with tools for innovative solutions. Recommendations included verifying participant details to streamline future events.
